Before you order
What is the process for an online consultation?
Select your treatment, create an account, and complete a medical form. You'll then have an online consultation with a certified healthcare provider. Once the prescription is finalized, your order ships to your door.
Do I need a consultation for supplements?
No. Everything in the nutraceutical and device range ships without a prescription or a consult. Only prescription items require the medical form.
Will I be enrolled in a subscription?
No. There's no monthly plan and no automatic billing. When you run out, Easy Refill reorders your last purchase in two taps.
