Processing time

Orders placed on business days are packed and shipped from our Tempe, Arizona facility within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 5 business days in the continental United States. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain packaging with no product names or descriptions on the outside. The return address shows our company name only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes or APO/FPO. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delays

We aren't responsible for carrier delays, weather, or delivery issues once a package leaves our facility. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact the carrier first, then call us.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
